Signature Jutsus: Rinnegan: Peins kekki genkai, its characterized by a number of concentric circles around the pupil of the user, that vary between red, orange and gray, its original owner was the creator of ninjutsu, the Sage of the Six paths and as of now Pein seems to be the only holder of the dojutsu. Its abilities have so far been shown as giving the user mastery of the six elements of chakra (wind, water, fire, earth, lightning) with the sixth one not yet revealed, it also has been shown, like the sharingan to allow the user to analyis the mechanics and use of a jutsu very quickly. As Pein has been seen using it the majority of the manga without stopping, it seems it doesn't drain away his chakra while being used.
Rain Manipulation: Pein has been shown having the ability to not only control rain but also to pick up enemy movements and chakra levels while enemies are going through it
Shape Shifting Technique: Pein sacrifices a living person to summon a clone of any of his subordinates, the clone mantains all aspects of the the person its supposed to be including unique weaponry and bloodline abilities, the clones power comes directly from the amount of chakra used during the jutsu to summon them, once the chakra runs out the clones image dissapears and the dead sacrafice is visible, the clones are under direct control of the user of this technique, like puppets.
Pain's Giant Crustacean: Pein can summon a large creature that appears to be a crab into the battle, it lets out a large burst of water onto the field of battle.
Pain's Giant Chameleon: Pein can summon a large chameleon into battle, the chameleon has the power to turn invisible.
Pain's Giant Dog: Pein can summon a giant dog into the battle, the dog has the ability to split up into many dogs and then merge back togethor at will
Pain's Giant Bird: Pein can summon a giant bird into the battle, the bird has the ability to fly through the air and can then ram into its target

http://www.leafninja.com/summonings.phpAppearance: (Pein is around 6'1 or 6'2 he appears to be about 145 to 155 pounds in weight, his hair color is a shade of bright orange while his hair style is very similar to naruto uzumakis and his eyes are silver when normal and varying between orange and red while his rinnegan kekki genkai is active, he commonly wears his akatsuki robes and like all akatsuki members his fingernails are purple and manicured he sometimes wears his straw akatsuki hat but only rarely.
His face is skewed with many piercings going through his ears lips and nose, he also wears a ring on his right thumb to symbolize his rank within akatsuki. His headband is a rain ninja headband with the ceremoniously slash through the middle to symbolize his leaving the village when he joined Akatsuki, and his skin tone is about the same as the majority of other characters in the series.)
Personality: (Pein is an opportunist always waiting for the right moment to strike an opponent and in the right way to which defeat him, he is also incredibly power hungry being the leader of Akatsuki and still coming back to defeat hanzou for the rain village, he also trains incredibly hard and is very determined through the aid of his kekki genkai he mastered all 6 elements while training with Jiriyah, this shows the amount of effort he puts in to what he does best
Pein also holds alot of regret and anger inside him, for the death of his childhood friend and ally Yahiko whom he tried to save from death but failed, he now constantly keeps his rinnegan active and is incredibly ruthless in battle and seems to hold a grudge against his former teacher Jiriyah and most likely Konhogakure as a whole.)
Biography: (Originally born Nagato in the rain country Pein was orphaned at a young age do to one of many wars currently going on in the rain country, luckily he wasn't alone he had his friends Konan and Yahiko. For awhile they fended for themselves and lived off the streets until, as though by fate, they were rescued by the legendary sannin Jiriaya who began training the three in the ways of ninjutsu.
All was going good for a time the three were progressing quickly, Konan in paper jutsus, Yahiko in water jutsus and pein in all the elements of chakra thanks to his Rinnegan ability. However the festivity's were short lived as Peins good friend Yahiko was killed by an enemy ninja while on a mission despite Peins effort to save him, after that Pein became power hungry and merciless opting to leave Jiriyah with konan, the two eventually joined or started Akatsuki, and began plotting for world domination
This was not all however, you see after starting or joining Akatsuki Pein wasn't happy enough he had to become stronger, so as a way to prove his strength to the citizens of his old village of Amegakure, Pein slaughtered the former leader Hanzou as well as killing his family, friends and all associates of the man, quickly gaining him the reputation as leader of the village and someone not to be trifled with or taken lightly
He now runs Akatsuki and his main goal at this point is to capture all the tailed beasts for one purpose or another, his partner is still his life long friend Konan who battles with him and would probably lay her life on the line for as he would for her.)
Role-playing Sample: (Pein stared up at the fortress of Hanzou's the rain pouring down from above, as small clouds filled the dark sky, "This should be interesting" he thought to himself as he knocked on the front gate waiting for the guards to appear.
"Who are you" The guards said to him "The last thing you'll ever see" Pein said as he quickly dispatched the guards with incredibly quick kunai strikes to there bodies.
"Better find my way around this place" he said to himself as he began looking around the large place, he then spied to guards around the corner, "Better take care of this" he thought, he activated his rinnegan and used his air jutsu to slice the enemies bodies before they had time to realize what had happened, he then followed the stairs to the top until he came upon a large room guarded by two large men,
Your not allowed here they shouted at him as they charged, he quickly dodged there attacks and stabbed one in the stomach with his kunai as he blasted the other one with a fire jutsu, he then entered the room holding his former village, leader Hanzou
Hanzou stared at him for a second
"Who are you and what are you doing here" he questioned, "I'm here to take your place as ruler of this village and who i am is of no concern to you, im simply another orphaned child, just another result from our many wars.
"Well if you think your going to be leader, then i hope you can fight" Hanzou then charged at Pein as he activated his rinnegan and combined a water dragon, fire dragon and earth dragon attack at Hazou, killing the man and gaining Pein the title of Lord of the village of rain.
With his main goal finally complete Pein could now wholeheartedly focus on increasing the power and strength of akatsuki, "With the rain village as our hideout and base of operations, no one will ever suspect us." Pein then retreated to gather a workforce strong enough to help him build the base he wanted for his organization, deep down he knew that Hanzou didn't deserve to die but more immediately pein knew it was Hanzous family and friends that had to be next if he was ever going to get the reputation he wanted.
So Pein set off his goal in mind, he was going to eliminate everyone that had ever had a relationship from Hanzou and solidify his dominance as ruler of the rain country. "Now who to begin with, family, friends, associates," Pein thought to himself as he walked around the village. "Its decided Ill begin with his colleagues, then move to friends and finish off by slowly obliterating his family until no trace of Hanzou is left in this village." He walked into the shadows knowing what he must do.)
OOC: I swear every inch of this entire register sheet was hand typed not a single word was copy or pasted from any website, I did use other sites as a reference but nothing was plagiarized and every sentence was stated in my own words, also this sample Rp is based off the battle that happened but was never shown so its all from my imagination
