Well all of this is in the past, whats now is more important since he seems to try and make up for it. But you have no reason to ban him when he just came back from being banned, all he did was make that page and invited a friend to your forum. Doesn't seem to break a rule. One rule I'm seeing a lot that is taking up for grant is SPAM..Yes Jing and Namine you read right. I go against spam sometimes but I do it from time to time.-.

FIRST OF ALL. spam is something like a one letter word typed several times or just one word or just a smily face. OFFTOPICNESS DOES NOT have to do with Spam. AT ALL. We call that RANDOM....I take offense Naruto. <.<. I dont always spam. I do post. LIKE NOW.
