Here I Stand.

After encounting a lot though this past months. Sasuke stood on top of a hill looking at the sunset. Defeated Orochimaru, no more pursuit of Itachi. His life flashes before his eyes a bit. After all this time. Was it all worth it in the end? He then looks down at the grass, gleaming off from the light of the sun. Now heres the question he asked himself as every minute passes by. What now? Sighing he smiles a bit. Everything must be for a reason, its said that living is like the seasons. Closing his eyes he feels the wind pushing up against his back. Is this it for his life? So many questions and riddles. suddenly he feels another presence but doesn't bother to move.

"It's gone." Crimson's voice said. "The curse..."

Sasuke stretches out but doesn't turn back.
"I know.."
He then looks at the flowers flying off with the wind. He feels at peace, no worries, no trouble, and maybe no more being independent.
"Its a nice breeze, isn't it?"

Crimson nodded but she knew that Sasuke couldn't see her from behind. How awkward this was. It had taken her a long time to realize why the mark wasn't bothering her. Sasuke had killed Orochimaru.
*Why...why didn't you just tell me?*
Crimson wanted to ask, but a wall had been set up between the two friends and she felt like they were two strangers now.
Could they still be friends? No...too distant now.
Seeing no way to talk to the once-friend, Crimson started to walk away. *I'm glad your ok.*

Sasuke sighs. He rose his voice up so it can be heard.
"You want know why I didn't tell you?"
He turned his head a bit backwards. His vision is half way gone. Still able to see her and the surrounds though.

Crimson stopped. A conversation was starting. That's what friends do right talk? Crimson wondered if this moment was as awkward for Sasuke as it was for her.
"It'd help me understand why you almost killed me." She didn't turn around to face Sasuke when she said this.

Sasuke moves his head side to side.
"No, you where no where near dying...But...It was to...Protect you.."
He stumbled with saying this. Sasuke normally just protects himself and Yuki. His last protection to someone was with Naruto back at their first mission. He sighs as he turns his head to the sun.

"I'm not talking about physical Sasuke." Crimson said quietly.
What had happened had hurt her emotionally so bad.
"You were my first friend here."

"You can't see it can you? When I saw you back then..Your body was filled with Orochimaru's aura. In time..You would've been consumed by him easily eith myself next to you.."
He then turns around completely.

Crimson turned around, this time her eyes letting out their emotion.
"Why couldn't you just tell me?!" She yelled.
Running to confront him, Crimson made a fist and aimed for Sasuke's face.

"If I were to told you then you'd tried to sovle it on your own, but you aren't strong enough..I guess putting light and darkness together is bad...Yuki...
When he saw her attack he didn't bother to move again. He can see it but using his eye technique is making it worse for him.

Crimson's attack drew blood from Sasuke's mouth.
"Why are you doing that?" Crimson asked angrily."Why aren't you dodging? You wanted a fight didnt you?"
*Is something wrong with Yuki?*

"Plus..Even if you entrusted me with this..I would have either way lost most of my vision...I can still dodge and do things normally..But...I can't even see a face of anyone's strait.."
With that said he spits out the blood on the grass. The sun is going down.
"Be glad you're alive.."

Crimson saw the spots of blood on the ground and her face grew dark.
"Come here." She sighed as she pulled Sasuke by the sleeve. Tearing off a bit of her cloak Crimson started to wipe off the blood.
"Heh, doesn't this scene seem familiar?"

He then sighs. Yuki has influenced Sasuke to be nice!? Wow not even he can believe this.

Sasuke thought these things over his head knowing what he has done cannot be rewind. To be in a better place with a broken dream and leave it all behind. He needs to go see Yuki.

"Sasuke." Crimson said as she stood up since the blood was all gone. "If you miss her, you should go to her."
Crimson started to walk away, "You need to figure things out in your life. You need Yuki. No one else can help you with your emotions but her."
Turning around, Crimson smiled, "Go see her. We'll catch up later."
...maybe, maybe not. As much as she wanted it, Crimson didn't feel like they were friends anymore.
Her figure disappeared into darkness.

Sasuke then looks at the sun again. It has gone down. He can't believe this.
"Hmph....Wasted most of my vision to save this girl..I guess we'll meet later..."
He sits down in the grass loking at the stars. What else is there to do here? Protect? Deflect all that comes at you? Neglect? Defect all the poison he has done to those? S many damn questions. Now hes falling asleep. Its all in his head as he says this.
"Should I live on..?"

He stood up as he then took out his kusanagi blade out.
"Itachi, I rather die than live on with nothing to see clearly.."

Crimson stood afar off looking at the moon.
Giving a heavy sigh, she leaved on a trees trunk. Being several stories above gave her the perfect view of the moon.
Why did everything seem so sad?

Sasuke then activated his Curse Seal level 2 mode. Flying high above the air. There is something he wants to pass on. He flies fast and asty towards Crimson's way. Holding onto his blade in his right hand he loks at it as he flies hard.

Itachi grabs the blade and clenches down on it causing blood to flow downwards onto sasuke's hand.

Itachi hissed " Do you really thing I can see any thing right now?!"

this was the first time Itachi ever used that tone it was like venom.

A breeze was coming on, and Crimson huddled herself together while wrapping her cloak around her. Was something coming?

Sasuke then saw Crimson and dove in quickly, tagging along Itachi with him. Even though he lost most of his vision, somehow he can tell what he can see.

Crimson's eyes shot open. What was going on? The wind that picked up wasn't normal. Standing up from her position, she saw two Uchihas in a...battle? Sasuke was in trouble!
