Rikka leaped to one of the tree branches and hoped from tree to tree. She loved being on high places, a smile placed on her face. However, guard up, and senses sharp--anything was capable of happening.

Madara secured the package on his back so it won't fall.
Hovering from tree to tree, he asked Rikka.
"The problem is, which counselor? If we don't know who, we'll just have to go to every counselor."

"Good point...that what makes it more fun!" she joked yet inside she was s bit annoyed, 'Why didn't he mention which counselor?' she thought. As she leaped to the next branch she sensed something was up and as her feet steped on the branch it faded into thin air loosing her balance and falling down eight feet to the ground. Fortunate she caught herself in time and used chakra to get a grip on the tree. Standing on the trunk of the tree she looked up where the branch was supposed to be. 'Genjutsu?' she wondered.

Madara saw what happened. He went down to where Rikka is and lifted her up in the air.
"If someone's using genjutsu, I'll counter them with genjutsu too."
SHARINGAN
He activated his sharingan to see any enemies. He saw a man behind a tree 10 kilometers away.
"There's someone watching us."

"There is?" she asked as she scanned the area with her Byakugan and as he said there was a man. This must be a high rank ninja for his chakra was well control and maintain. The man began to move away, he knew they hadf figured him out. Frowning, Rikka jumped off and went after this man, not thinking it might of been a trap.

Madara thought Rikka's actions were too fast. He leaped up to her and grabbed her arm.
"Rikka, it might be dangerous. Do you know how to counter genjutsu?"

"No.....but he's escaping!" she said, desperate to see why he attacked them. Was it for the package or something else? She looked up at Madara and decided it WAS infact too dangerous...for her. Darn it... I need to train my hardest...or else I'll never get anywhere she thought with a frown.

"I'll go after him. If any other enemies used genjutsu to attack you, do this."
Madara said as he formed handseals and said "KAI".
"I'll attack from behind."
He said as he vanishes into thin air.

"Understood.." she muttered, her Byakugan was activated and she scanned the area. ".....Use your instincts too.." she whispered to herself. I know.. she thought and jumped up to a high branch. Her legs were crossed as she sat down and began to meditate and concentrate on her chakra. As minutes passed by a blue like color began to emit from her body, chakra. She was doing a like a force field that surrounded her for 5 feet far from her, yet it detects any weapons, enemies when crossed--that way she would swiftly move and defend herself from whoever attacks; even if she has no need to do it for she has Byakugan but just to be sure. Her eyes were still opened and she satid like that 'till Madara arrived. Her breathing was steady.

Madara spied the enemy. He was still clueless where was Madara.
Madara formed handseals and whispered.
"YOMI NUMA NO JUTSU;SWAMP OF THE UNDERWORLD"
A portal sucked the enemy down into darkness.
"...heh, easy......"
He went back to Rikka's location.

Rikka had sensed Madara coming, as she turned his way a needle flied towards her neck. Luckly for her, she was able to dodge it. He was aiming for a knock out.... she thought as she had calculated the way this shinobi had thrown the needle. Her eyes began to scan the area and saw another figure and as she had spotted the figure, it came at tremendous speed at her with a wide and long sword. He or she? slashed at her but she was able to dodge quickly yet barely for she had a cut on her right arm. She took on her stance, "What is you bussiness here!?" she commanded her white eyes pierced through the man. He chuckled, it sent shivers down her spine as she sensed a cold presence from this man.

Madara sensed the enemy near Rikka.
"RAIGEKI NO YOROI NO JUTSU;LIGHTNING ARMOR STRIKE"
He yelled as he got close enough to the man electrocuting him with his lightning armor.

The man's chuckling echoed through the forest as he reappeared behind Rikka, "I'm faster then you Madara...Sir...that was just a simple clone of mine..." he said as he placed an hand over the girl. The "man" Madara had just electrucide was ..another man, a mere villager. It seemed he had used this villager and used a jutsu to make him look like him. However, that must of taken talent to do so. He seemed hypnotized. Rikka's eyes widen, she was not able to see the mans move and as she quickly turned she was knocked out quickly, he took a good hold of her. "Please would you be so kind as to give the package to us?" he asked Madara with a strange smile.

Madara glanced at Rikka.
"Sure."
Madara gave the package to the man. he grabbed Rikka and left.

Rikka was still conscious and the man looked at the package with suspiscion. A few hours later the girl woke up with a sharp pain going through her neck, "By god....it hurts!" she whinced.

Madara looked at Rikka who just woke up.
"Are they guards, or shinobis? I can't tell for some reason."
He said handing her the real package.

"Ugh..." she groaned and tried to remembere, she never spotted no headband. "This man...had no headband...but...he sure is no guard..I think." she said as she took the package. "I wonder who was he..." she tought out loud. "Where are we?" she asked a bit lost.

"Somewhere near the councils' offices. I met some guards and told them I was the Mizukage. They suddenly backed away from me."
Madara said warming his hands on the fire he made. He turned to Rikka.
"He looked like a vigilant who knows something, that man who attacked us."

The girls eyes widen, "why did you told them you were the Mizukage!?" she asked in disbelief. "And now exactly wghat though?" she asked afterwards a bit taken a back by what he did.

Madara tuned to her direction slightly.
"That's because.....I am the Mizukage, Rikka."

"Eh.....that...your not lying." she stated gulping a bit. This embarrased her somewhat, 'He's the Mizulage!' she thought shocked. Rikka didn't know what to do so she staid quiet but a question came up, "What are you doing here and Why are you not .......in your country?" she asked her eyes studied him. This was so confusing for her.

Madara just stared into the darkness. He never thought he'd need to reveal himself to his student.
"My country is Konoha. I'm the leader of the Uchiha clan and left it many years ago. I went to the Hidden Mist village and succeeded the Mizukage's place."
Madara said as he took out his forehead protector with the hidden leaf's symbol on it.

"Erm..that..makes...sense....no?" she tried to let this sink in. ".........Well......" she was out of words her eyes fell to the ground. "...So what now?" she asked out of nowhere her voice was low.

Madara cleared his throat and spoke.
"Until you get well we'll deliver this. After that, you'll train water element techniques."
