Uchiha Akuma was born amongst one of the lower Uchiha families. His father trained hard being a Jounin, always away fighting. He only could see his mother most of the time as he had no siblings. Akuma was a playful happy Child and grew to be Care Free and energetic. He entered the Academy when he was 8 Years old, he tried his best to be one of the average students. He slowly got better and better, he was always behind the Other kid, Uchiha Sasuke who joined a year after him, The Leader's Son. Akuma never really got attention but always did his best not to stick out to much. Akuma then graduated a year before Uchiha Sasuke and gained support from his family. Akuma went on his first mission, helping an old man deliver some spices to a nearby country. When he returned during the late day he went to open the door to his house, when he opened it he saw Uchiha Itachi, Slicing his mother's throat as he threw her over by his dead father. Akuma stared at him quaking in fear as he ran trying to get out of the Uchiha section of the village. Akuma tripped and saw before him Itachi, who was about to slam his sword into him when his brother, Uchiha Sasuke came into the village yelling to see if anyone was there. eItachi blurred away as Akuma ran off hiding in a nearby dumpster.
Dawn soon came as Akuma crawled out of the Dumpster seeing the Uchiha area closed off. Akuma thought it could only be him and possibly Sasuke left. " There's no reason for me to stay...." Akuma then left the village that day wandering the ninja countries, learning techniques. Akuma then Grew of age and knew he was changing, he became a cold blooded, Almost heartless man, seeking hate and revenge. Akuma went all over trying to find Itachi and torture him, letting him live in pain and unable to commit jutsu, or any ninja skill again. Akuma now wanders and lurks hoping to find Itachi And rip that Mangekyo from his skull

I think we should eliminate these jutsus because Sasuke is the only one to have ever create them. He never even taught anyone to use it, that is why it's unique.
