Personality: A very not emotional person who thinks and complicates his life more than he needs to. Very laid back and sometimes demanding.
Fighting Style & training History; Shuei has trained with Black Magic since he was small. He even surpassed his Grandfather, who taught him and ended up murdering him. In his pasts years he learned the fighting style of black magic and chinese boxing.
Strengths & Weaknesses: He is really good at lng range and close combat but lacks the will to kill but instead toy with his prey. Shuei also isn't good at defending attacks that connect with mother-earth, such as ki energy.

Story: Shuei is just someone who has been unknown to the world itself. He goes around the world causing trouble and mischief for no reasons othe than enjoyments of entertaining himself on how low life is for normal people or the gifted. Now Shuei still travels in search for a goal in life.
