Understanding

Madara glanced at Rikka while he was cooking.
"Rikka, I know what you're thinking. This is a woman's job, but so what? Mother gave me the responsibility to take care of my brother when he was little. Actually I did all of the household chores. Funny remembering those times."
He said smiling towards Rikka.

Madara closed his eyes and tried to remember his brother's face.
"He....died. Trying to save the clan with me."
Madara flipped the fish. It was nearly finished to eat.
He turned around and smiled, trying to change the mood.
"You want riceball with the fish? I always eat rice with it, it's good."
He said putting the cooked fish onto a plate.

Madara chuckled at the question.
"Haha. You sounded like you were interested in me."
He said looking at Rikka blush more.
"No, actually I've never thought about that........what do you think? Should I get a girlfriend?"
Madara chuckled at the thought he can be with someone.

Madara glanced at her.
"I guess you're right. But sometimes it's better if you have someone special beside you. Wouldn't you think so?"
All Madara had done was do missions and protect his own clan. He didn't have time for affairs.

"Yeah it's done. Here." Madara said as he put the fish on her plate.
"Who's on your locket anyway?"
He sat putting a fork in his mouth.
"Is it your mother?"

"That's nice. I wish I had one."
Madara said smiling at her.

"No, I don't. Sad isn't it? I said to myself I'll remember them in my head. But, what if I go senile and I could never recognize their faces or what we did when I was little? I shouldv'e gotten something like yours to remember them. The problem is, I don't know who they are anymore."
Madara said taking a big bite out of the fish.

"Sure, just beware of the fat worms wriggling on the trees. It fell on me once."
Madara said and smirked at her stuffing his mouth with fish.

"Hehe...see you.."
Madara stuffed his mouth with more fish and was becoming full.
He laid down his plate and chopsticks and began to stare at the sky.
"..This was like last time with someone I knew..."
As he thought of that he began to fall asleep.

'You're brother died. What are you thinking? Are you insane?'

'you're selfish Madara. Just accept it, they're good to us now!!'

(kyuubi speaking)
"why do you need me? You want me to destroy everything you've worked for? You are selfish...hehehehe...'

Madara woke up sweating and shivering. His dream came back.
He regretted everything he has done for the past few years.
".....*breathing heavily*Just...a dream...just a dream..."

Madara saw Rikka wasn't back yet. He got up and heated some of the fish.
"Damn, I wish Rikka wouldn't get in trouble. Those guys challenge me everytime I come here."

Madara sensed someone near him. He picked up a fish and threw it to the person's direction.
"What do you want?...*munch*...if you're going to kill me, make it quick."
He stuffed a whole fish in his mouth.

Madara glared at her with a fish sticking out of his mouth.
"What's it to you? I am in no mood to fight a lady. I know I am being rude, but so are you. I'm eating can't you see? Besides I'm Madara."
He swallowed a whole fish and stood up and walked towards her.
"If you saw my eyes, yes, I'm part of the Uchiha clan."

Madara looked at her as if seeing an alien.
"Bowing your head and kneeling down in front of me is like living in hell. I am a person and so are you."
He reached out his hand and held her hand.
"Stand up. And do I happen to know where who went?" He asked puzzled.
